The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, domestic airport, and parks. The rooms are spacious with a separate living room and a tiny kitchenette. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the Wi-Fi is reliable.
The hotel lacks maintenance and has worn furniture and cabinets.

This place is a great choice if you want to explore the city. Its location in Palermo puts you just few steps away from the shopping areas. The shuttle service is a bonus for the guests. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, television, and in-room safe. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The outdoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre were great for relaxation.
This venue is highly recommended for everyone who wants to experience comfort and luxury among friendly and helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, easily speaking English and assisting us with currency exchange. They also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bars in the area. The two bedroom apartment we rented was spacious and conveniently located near the zoo. The hotel had a kids playground outside on the first floor by the pool, perfect for our children. The beds were comfortable and overall, the hotel facilities were excellent.
